All of July, the weather in the Krkonoše Mountains was not on our side. But in the week starting on August 11, Krakonoš had clearly had enough and prepared an exceptionally clear, cloudless sky for our drones and our team.
We took advantage of the beautiful weather to collect data using the WingtraOne and other drones for the TAČR project “Monitoring the distribution and management of invasive and expansive plant species using advanced remote sensing methods (SS07020317)”, as well as for the Interreg Czechia–Poland project “The importance, change and practical protection of peatlands / Znaczenie, zmiany i praktyczna ochrona torfowisk.”
The beautiful weather in the Krkonoše Mountains lasted an unbelievably long three days :).
